When Lisa Gersh joined Goop as CEO in 2014, it was the latest addition to a resume filled with experience working with some of the most innovative names in media, from the Oxygen Network (which she co-founded) to a stint as president and CEO of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.

At Goop, Lisa lends her immense wealth of media knowledge to continue to build upon the site that began life in 2008 as a weekly newsletter featuring recommendations curated by actress Gwyneth Paltrow. Since then, Goop has become a full-fledged contextual commerce business, with plans to expand further by beefing up an advertising team and, eventually, creating an in-house label for clothing, beauty and home goods.
