On Equal Pay Day of this year, I wanted to start a conversation: Women earn $0.80 on the dollar compared to men. (source: US Census Bureau, 2016.) As an entrepreneur, a woman, and the founder of a women-led, women-run startup (17 of our 21 employees are women), empowerment and equality are two things that are vitally important to me.
